Medical Aesthetics in Sacramento, CA
About Carenya
At Carenya, I believe aesthetics should feel personal, honest, and never intimidating. My approach starts with listening to what you actually want, without judgment or a one-size-fits-all idea of beauty. From there, I’ll provide thoughtful, informed recommendations based on your individual anatomy, safety, and what treatment can realistically achieve. My goal is for you to feel comfortable asking questions, understand your options, and feel confident in the decisions you make about your care.
Treatments
-
Botox-type wrinkle relaxers work by temporarily reducing activity in targeted muscles. They can soften expression lines and wrinkles, while also being used strategically to address concerns related to muscle movement and facial balance. Treatment is individualized based on your anatomy, muscle activity, and goals.
-
Dermal fillers can restore lost volume, soften certain lines, and enhance facial contours without creating an overfilled appearance. Our hyaluronic acid-based fillers use a substance naturally found in your body and are designed to gradually break down over time. Treatment is tailored to your anatomy and the results you're hoping to achieve.
-
Stimulate your skin’s natural collagen production to improve texture, tone, fine lines, and the appearance of acne scars.
-
A customized treatment plan based on your goals, anatomy, and comfort level.

Botox-type treatments, also known as neuromodulators, temporarily reduce targeted muscle activity to soften expression lines and wrinkles. Dermal fillers work differently by restoring or adding volume beneath the skin to enhance facial contours and soften certain lines and folds. Both treatments address different concerns, and the best approach depends on your individual anatomy, concerns, and aesthetic goals.

Most injectable treatments involve brief, mild discomfort, although everyone’s experience is different. Your appointment will begin with a consultation to discuss your concerns, goals, medical history, and treatment options. If treatment is appropriate, we’ll create an individualized plan based on your anatomy and desired outcome. Your comfort and safety are prioritized throughout the entire process.

The best way to determine if a treatment is right for you is through an individualized consultation. I will review your medical history, concerns, goals, and facial anatomy to determine which treatment options may be appropriate for you. If a treatment isn’t a good fit, I will be honest about that and discuss other options that may better align with your needs.
